St. Augustine Florida is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family.  Steeped in tradition, our Nation's Oldest City has a rich and colorful history.  Old World charm with a spanish influence makes this a unique place to call home.

Great dining, shopping, and beautiful beaches are just a few of the things that await!  You can stroll six blocks of unique "Pedestrian Only" shopping and dining on historic St. George Street.  Take a carriage ride through the charming avenues of the city or join us for one of the many free concerts on the square on a balmly Thursday evening.

Homes in our community are just as varied.  Beach Front to River View.  Urban to Rural. Condo to Estates.  It is all here and I would love to be your guide.
